Products are serviced via authorized repair facility or at your home or place of business if applicable. All shipping charges are covered. Mechanical failures are covered after manufacturer's warranty expires. Customer Support is available 24/7. Coverage is provided by Service Net.
- Mechanical failures are covered after manufacturer's warranty expires
- Service will be provided onsite for monitors with screen size over 25" or if shipment of your product is required for repair, you will be reimbursed for all shipping expenses
- "No Lemon" Policy - Your product will be replaced if a 4th repair is required on the same component
- Customer Support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year
- The Contract is fully transferable
