The LGA 775 Pentium D/Pentium 4/Celeron D Processor is housed in a Flip-Chip Land Grid Array (FC-LGA4) package that interfaces with the motherboard via an LGA775 socket. The PDSM4 supports the Intel Hyper-Threading (HT) Technology, the EM64T Technology, the Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology (EIST) and the Matrix Storage Technology.
