If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support Center or submit a support request via the web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, the company will dispatch a Lexmark trained technician with the exchange printer to your location (usually the next business day). By purchasing a LexOnSite Exchange extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site exchange during the term of the extension.
