VENUE AND CHOICE OF LAW

Except to the extent superseded by United States federal laws governing rights to the Marks, the laws of the State of Washington shall govern these Terms without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. In the event of a dispute arising out of these Terms, you and Zones agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within King County, Washington. If any court determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
