"This commitment reinforces our belief that long-term business success goes hand in hand with sustainability, integrity, and respect for human rights."
Zones has long advanced sustainable IT practices through solutions that help enterprises manage their IT lifecycle responsibly, reduce environmental impacts, and embrace circular economy principles. The company's recent validation of its near-term science-based targets under the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) marked a significant step in addressing climate change. Participation in the UN Global Compact expands this commitment to a broader set of ESG priorities.
"Joining the UN Global Compact is a milestone that highlights Zones' values-driven culture," said Doug Eckrote, Senior Vice President & COO of Zones, LLC. "It strengthens the way we work with employees, partners, and communities, while ensuring we integrate sustainability and responsible decision-making across the organization."
