For a sixth time, Zones, Inc., has been chosen out of a North American field of top Microsoft partners for delivering market-leading operational excellence supporting Microsoft technology. The award was announced at the Microsoft FY13 Roundtables Conference.
"Zones is honored to be recognized by Microsoft for the sixth time," said Lisa Stewart, Zones Senior Vice President of Software Sales. "We are proud of our expertise in Microsoft solutions and the proven value it brings to our customers."
Winners were chosen from a pool of more than 30 entrants in the United States and Canada. Zones was recognized for superior operational excellence, meeting or exceeding specific requirements in a variety of categories, and the number of on-time and valid-order submissions and revenue reconciliation.
In addition, Platinum Level winners were able to collaboratively influence performance metrics not completely under their control. Platinum Level winners were able to drive outstanding performance in their organization's adoption of key initiatives. By meeting these operational criteria, these winners have illustrated their commitment to providing value and superior customer satisfaction.
