- Windows 7 Mobile Pilot program is limited to the initial pool of laptops sponsored by Hewlett Packard and Lenovo. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for specific models or custom configurations.
- Customers must meet certain requirements to qualify for this program:
- Businesses must have established open accounts with Zones and be in good standing.
- This program is limited to businesses and does not apply to individuals. Businesses must have at least 50 seats/computers to be eligible.
- The individual agreeing to the Mobile Pilot terms and conditions must be authorized by their company to do so.
- Zones will ship the demo unit to the existing business address associated with the company account. Zones cannot ship to any new locations.
- Zones will pay to ship the unit to the customer and the customer agrees to pay the return shipping. Units must be shipped to:

- Units must be returned in good and working condition and must be in the original packaging and include all manuals, cables and discs.
- The customer assumes the risk for any damage to the unit and any missing items. Zones will assess a charge based on current replacement values for any damaged or missing items.
- The customer agrees to abide by all laws and regulations regarding the unauthorized copying and/or distribution of software.
- The customer may keep the unit for up to two weeks from the day they receive it.
- If the unit has not been received back by Zones within 30 days of the original ship date, Zones will bill the customer for the full price of new replacement unit on Net 10 terms.
- The customer is responsible for removing any applications and data loaded onto the unit for testing purposes.
- If the customer would like to purchase the unit, Zones will bill the customer for the unit using the Zones web price the day the unit shipped.
- Zones reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time.
