Available as a subscription to Software Assurance customers.
Windows Virtual Enterprise Centralized Desktop The Windows Virtual Enterprise Centralized Desktop (VECD) licensing option enables the use of business versions of Windows in both centralized and virtualization scenarios. Available as a subscription license through Volume Licensing.
