Daniel T. Pickett III is president and chief revenue officer of Zones, LLC. Dan joined Zones in November 2016 when Zones acquired nfrastructure Technologies LLC, where he served as chief executive officer and chairman of the board. Prior to joining nfrastructure, Dan was senior vice president and general manager of Enterprise Banking Solutions at ALLTEL, which he joined following the acquisition of ACE Software Sciences, a software company he founded in 1995. Dan began his career in 1990 with KeyCorp in Albany, NY. At KeyCorp, Dan held a series of positions in technology and operations. He played a key role on KeyCorp's M&A team, responsible for integrating the retail delivery platforms and networks of more than a dozen acquisitions over a five-year period and rising to vice president. While at KeyCorp, Dan was also responsible for the company's Advanced Technologies Division.

Dan holds a degree in industrial and management engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is also a trustee of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and serves on the boards of the Pickett Family Foundation, Vanguard Behavioral Solutions, Albany Medical Center, and Albany Medical College.

Dan is also president of Hudson River Capital Holdings, a private investment company.

As Chief Technology Officer, Michael Martin oversees nfrastructure's senior engineers and technologists, leads the development of new technologies and services, and is responsible for nfrastructure's internal IT strategy and operations. Mr. Martin brings fifteen years of industry experience to his role at nfrastructure, with deep experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives, building high performing teams, and optimizing IT resources to improve company performance.

Prior to joining nfrastructure, Mr. Martin held a variety of senior technology leadership roles including directing a nationwide business intelligence consulting practice and leading product development for NY State's $7.5B wholesale electricity e-commerce marketplace. Mr. Martin holds multiple technology and IT process optimization credentials, including ITIL and Lean Six Sigma certifications and also certified experience with data center technologies and cloud services.

Mr. Martin received a Master of Business Administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Amy Buckley Harlow is the senior vice president of human resources and administration at nfrastructure. Ms. Harlow was appointed to this role in 2007 and is responsible for all phases of Human Capital. Ms. Harlow joined nfrastructure in 2006 as director, technical staffing.

Prior to joining nfrastructure, Ms. Harlow worked in the staffing and recruiting industry, most recently with NESCO Accounting & Finance, a national staffing firm where she successfully launched the Albany, NY branch. Ms. Harlow began her career in 1993 with a regional pharmacy benefit management company which generated over $275M in annual revenue. There she held several accounting & financial management roles including corporate controller. During her tenure, Ms. Harlow played a critical role in the development of corporate policies and processes as well as the integration of financial processes upon the sale of the company to a publicly traded firm.

Ms. Harlow received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Siena College and Bachelor of Science in accounting degree from the State University of New York at Oswego. She holds the Human Resource Certification Institute designation of a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Society of Human Resources Management designation of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Ms. Harlow served on the executive committee and board of directors for the Capital Region Human Resources Association (CRHRA) and is a past president of the Albany chapter for the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
