This transceiver module plugs into an SFP+ high-speed fiber channel data port, providing 8 Gbps optical connectivity for up to 10 km using this 8 Gbps FC transceiver module provides excellent performance in port-dense networks with challenging thermal environments, and is compliant with the SFF-8472 10.3 specification.
