The Top Workplaces program was set up to recognize companies that have a great workplace and are organizationally healthy by encouraging a working environment that allows them to outperform peers. The awards are based on the results of an internal employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics.

Zones ranks 21st on this year’s small business list, out of 40 small businesses in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
