Start-up visit includes: Rack-mounting installation, heat-rejection duct connection, hardware and software settings, functional testing, and final report with all documentation. The configuration and connectivity test of the Thermal unit to the Building Management System (if included). Includes parts and labor coverage for repair of manufacturing defects found during Start-Up. Customer debriefing on the present working mode of the unit and the basic operations to be performed on the unit.
All details (including prerequisites and exclusions) of the specific service are included in the related Service Program. Customer must provide appropriate mounting hardware as required and confirm all preparatory activities have been completed (civil works).
