Women in IT: Making sure all voices can be heard
Here at Zones, we recognize the immense role women play in the advancement of technology. The problems facing the world today are more diverse than ever, which means they require diverse solutions to overcome. That's why we strive to foster an environment where women are welcomed, treated fairly, recognized, and actively engaged.

This approach to workplace equality was the impetus for the creation of Women of Technology (ZWoT), a celebration of the contributions made by women in the tech sphere. With Zones Women of Technology, we seek to Enable, Encourage, and Engage women via:
- Regular virtual gatherings and events.
- Podcasts where exclusive speakers discuss women in technology.
- Newsletters that detail special events, deals, and more.
- Business resources to support women-owned and women-operated organizations.
- Mentoring sessions to give women the confidence and insight they need to succeed.
