California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act requires retailers and manufacturers doing business in the state of California to disclose information regarding their efforts to ensure their supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.

Zones, LLC ("Zones") strives to ensure zero tolerance to modern slavery within its supply chains. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Zones recognizes that modern slavery takes various forms, such as servitude, forced labor, human trafficking and exploitation.

Zones is a value-added IT reseller and services provider for many global and regional enterprise and corporate businesses with supply chains that include vendors, manufacturers, service and consultancy providers and distributors. Zones shares a commitment with these partners to ensure the highest standards of business ethics, integrity, and respect for human rights.

Zones expects its partners to conduct their business in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within related territories of operation. In turn, Zones relies on its partners to monitor and self-audit their own supply chains and distribution channels and implement any changes required to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Zones does not require written certifications from its partners expressly confirming and verifying their compliance with slavery and human trafficking laws but retains the right to discontinue its relationship with any partner who does not comply with an applicable law or regulation.

Zones requires its own employees to comply with policies that reflect its standards for business ethics and integrity in accordance with applicable laws. Zones has implemented accountability standards, that include disciplinary actions including and up to termination, when an employee fails to comply with these policies. Any failure of personnel to comply with an applicable law, including those related to modern slavery and human trafficking, will result in disciplinary action in accordance with Zones' accountability standards.

Zones conducts trainings for its personnel to ensure compliance with its policies and applicable laws, which includes training on respect for coworkers and practices for ensuring a workplace free of harassment and unlawful discrimination. Zones does not provide specific training on modern slavery and human trafficking to its personnel at this time.
