A Block Time Advance Purchase (BTAP)provides benefits similar to those enjoyed by companies using standard service level agreements and at the same time delivers the flexibility companies today demand. Customers receive priority response just like contract customers, but without a contractual commitment.
BTAP is designed for almost any IT service requirement for the user who needs various on-demand services. Here are a few examples of how this service could be deployed:
- Preventative Maintenance on printers, such as installing printer kits and cleaning printers
- On demand T&M based requirements, such as break/fix on PC's, servers and printers
- Custom projects, such as a once per month visit for a 'health maintenance check' on existing equipment at one or more sites
